Whether it’s plastic foil, paper or aluminium foil being wound and cut to various lengths, we can produce the most efficient, lightweight rollers for your business. Carbon fibre has a lower density compared to steel, producing lighter weight tubes that can rapidly reach a higher speed, and can also be stopped more quickly than heavier steel rollers.
Carbon fibre also offers a variable, tight tolerance and stiffness-to-density ratio, which is critical when combating issues of deflection in rollers. We are able to manufacture lightweight carbon fibre rollers that have a higher stiffness than steel along with reduced deflection and vibration, leading to higher specification production than traditional rollers. We also offer high specification in-house balancing.

Our resin composite experience and our large high spec research and development department allows us to offer a bespoke service for each customer, with all the in-house capabilities of large scale production.
